Description of change: Service 3 renumbered. Timetable and Route amendments. Outbound-Chester-Handbridge-Broughton-Buckley-Mold. Inbound-Mold-Northop-Shotton-Broughton-Handbridge-Chester

Also looks like a bit of competion from Helms
