Unless it's a newsworthy contract win (for example Red Kite's recent losses in St Helens) I do generally omit school service registrations/alterations/cancellations. One problem as well is that this information is usually available here before it is on the appropriate local aithority/PTE, so at this point it isn't obvious how extensive these changes are. Timetable changes for example may include a severe service cut but could equally just be a change in a timing point.
