The service starts on 15th Jan but then Network Warrington threw in a variation not long after for around the same date. It would then have been too late for Fairbrothers to go back against it in time for service start so it would have gone to the next available date. I can only assume that Fairbrothers 24th Jan variation is just a combat against the Network Warrington variation which was thrown in just after the 16H registration.
