I couldn't agree more, I think more than just those roads need to be red routes but also enforce it! Driving a bus on some of these roads can be challenging having to move in and out of parked cars to get to bus stops then not being able to get out of the stops as the passing traffic won't let you out! Parking on approach to junctions too meaning far less traffic gets through in any sequence too (as only one lane gets through, not two) makes a huge difference too.
