Its the case that some areas notably in the former PTE areas do have a very reasonable offering on Boxing Day daytime and other areas notably the Shire Counties have hardly any service at all. If it wasnt for the operators running the services commercially these days on Boxing day knowing they will still make a profit on them there would be NO service at all as Merseytravel and TfGM are increasingly short of money to fund the services any more . |
