According the CWaCC website, the 3 is moving back to the rail station, the X4 will be retimed slightly, 10s have the extra school day trip from Garden City to Connahs Quay, 12 will be rereouted in Sandyway (I think this is meant to be Sandycroft) and the 82 has minor timings in the morning.

I have been told though that the 15 will be having big changes and will be running into the train station as well (serving the bus station en route in both directions) though it will no longer interwork with the 3.
