Well some of Oldhams current B7s have been linked with a move to First pioneer, asides from that. The depots that are not the financial force of lets say Bolton and Oldham Depots within the first group. Still have there lucrative routes like Bury for one. Who we already know are to receive 7 B9s from Oldham after the Olympics to be used on the re launched 471, one of Bury's two most lucrative routes, the other being the 135 of course. Then you have Wigan and its extremely old fleet, questionable whether first want to upgrade this fleet, but they still need buses. Not sure on QueensRoad, but then. The obvious question will mean surely it's bye bye to any remaining preg vehicle IE darts arrows etc etc, maybe even the r regs as well. Ok sme are taxed to next year, but I don't see that as enough of a reason not to withdraw. So naturally my overall thought is I'd hope they would re deploy around Manchester, where they are needed. At the same time having a clear out
damien all mic knows is what i know and that is i was told the 348/350 (hey farm section) were to get 10 07or 57 plate deckers possibly via oldham this was supposed to have happened b4 the olympics but it is now supposed to be when the enivros or b9`s hit home this should now occur in september with the schools timetable kicks back in. and i doubt that the t klf`s will come here either
Well a Bury Driver contact says and has said more or less the same since mics original post, that most of the changes, will happen in September, now as that's when Bury and Bolton are now supposedly relaunching there key routes
