Is there a reason why buses going under refurbishment and repaint are not being done to the same standard? Some vehicles are receiving e-leather moquette and repaint, where as others are receiving USB charging as well, and others are just receiving repaint and old 'chessboard' moquette only. Aside from the cost, is there a particular reason for the difference in fleet standards? |
