I also have a soft spot for #20, and hope to see it continue for a while longer. Re the services it's been used on, and thinking back to when I first moved to Liverpool - was there also an 801 variation of the 201 service? I seem to recall an unusual pattern like three journeys on weekdays, but five on Sundays, of which the additional two were 801s, is that right? I think the only service that I've never seen #20 on is the 61. Has anyone ever noted it on there? |

Saturdays it would cover the 201. Sundays it would usually be found on the 161. 201 was Liverpool Royal Hospital to Speke Western Ave (Now Morrisons) 203 was Hale Village to Broad Green (1RJ) or Alder Hey Hosptial (1RJ) via Bellevale and Halewood. 801 was Liverpool Royal Hospital to Springwood Cemetery. Personally I'm aware it has operated a 61A (Widnes - Huyton) and the 161 (Rainhill to Liverpool) but I've never heard it do the full 61A Liverpool to Murdishaw or the full Warrington Variation of the 62. |

I noted it do a full 61 about 3 years ago but I've not seen it on the 61/a since. I noted it doing a late 62 that terminated at Moore once but I to have never seen it do a full Warrington 62. |
