Presumably there is an explanation for this. Is it that Pulsars are adequate for a Wednesday evening and the deckers are prone to vandalism?

Just seen 676 on the 35/A. It hasn't been refurbished yet or painted it is still in the livery it arrived in and has the same tired interior. To be honest it is looking really tatty and could do with having both internal and external refurb like 678.
