I'm guessing most of the Cross-River services ended being heavily delayed this afternoon/early evening due to the accident that closed the Queensway Tunnel, apparently all traffic was being sent via Wallasey Tunnel instead

Everything in the city centre came to a stand still gradually as i was doing my 10A st helens-liverpool and was 10 mins late when i got to sheil rd going into liverpool then from sheil rd it taken 50 mins to get to queens sq so made me an hour late entering queens sq.

Sounded like one of Arriva's days from hell , with buses in all directions suffering delays and disruption.
