508137 was noted yesterday at Sandhills on a Hunts Cross to Southport service.

I thought 508137 was going to be one of the units on the 508 farewell special on the 29th, but I may have got the unit wrong.

508137 started today on the Southport line, whilst 508112 was stabled at New Brighton, possibly awaiting room at Birkenhead North for decommissioning.

508112/137 have been withdrawn.
They arrived at Birkenhead North yesterday afternoon for partial stripping

They were supposed to go this morning but It was cancelled due to a restriction to loco hauled trains over a bridge at Shrewsbury Station from 0001 today.
No idea when it’ll go now, only that they’re using up space on North depot!
