No, it's definitely been at Speke fairly recently, I saw it on the 79, I would guess maybe about a month ago? That said, it's been reported at Green Lane since then. I don't know if it's still there.

It's gas pod panels on the roof where open as well as the back end.

I’ve just seen one of the Commander trainers heading back to Jackson Street is that the St Helens based training vehicle as I didn’t thin it was a Commander

All training vehicle's are based at speke where the driver training base is.
They tend to call off at depots to get a drink or go the toilet.
