21101 is a B10BLE!

W179's answer to that. The X63 will more than likely only be a B10BLE route until October at the latest.
As for B10BLE surviving after the end of the Olympic period, I seriously doubt it. They are non-DDA compatible (entrance aisle is sligthly too narrow for some wheelchairs, most of them don't have a seperate wheelchair ramp). More likely, I can see some of the older 03 or 53 reg MANs moving to Walkergate as additional single deckers.

I am going to visit South Shields either this weekend or next weekend. Now, what routes do the B10BLE's operate on and what will the DartSLF operate on at South Shields and at Sunderland.

Cheers Wink

The B10BLEs normally appear on the E1/E2/E6 and X20, but also appear on the 17/18 and X34. The Darts at South Shields should appear on basically any town service bar the 10/11 and 30. The ones in Sunderland should be on the 10/11, 12 and 23.

When you get the chance to come down to Stockton, the B10BLEs are supposed to be found on the 35 but can appear on the 13, 59/61 and 12 as well.

Cheers - I might visit Stockton and Middlesbrough sometime!

So, I might visit Sunderland this weekend and South Shields next weekend or even through the week!

Thanks again!

You'll have to be quick to get the B10BLEs at Stockton - given there's more than enough vehicles in the fleet to cover the PVR at the depot, I'd be surprised if they don't get withdrawn after the September timetable change.

Yeah - In fact, I might not have time to get to Stockton!

So, Sunderland on Saturday and South Shields next Saturday to photo the B10BLE's!

I really hope this doesn't mean 21101 is withdrawn or I will explode!

Doubt it - X63 isn't as profitable as it once was. At most, this could be a sign that the 22 will become a fully double decker route as it has supposed to have been since 12061-86 arrived a year ago.
