They may as well just keep the present arrangement up to the 19th and start afresh with the timetable change on the 20th.

Well what would the odds be now that the full timetable may start with the new timetable.

The Windermere branch that Mr Farron has been complaining about recently has also been having a poor service also , basically it looks like a standalone timetable with an occasional foray along the main line to either Lancaster or Preston . Its changed between northern and Trans Pennine companies so many times over the years.

The only positive about the situation is that at least the very high quality rail replacements from Blackpool Transport will continue a little longer.
