With Speke due to be receiving Rhyl's VDL DB300's, I wonder if the 8 at St Helens will also be swapped for Enviro 400's for standardisation of both depots?

Don't think so...st Helens may be due more deckers as a possible 10 and 10b merger being discussed

10 & 10B merger, I take it that would mean the 10 going through Huyton before continuing to St Helens.

I think it would probably be that the 10B is withdrawn and replaced by 10/10A journeys instead - with the 15 extended to Elizabeth Road to cover that section of the 10B route

How many deckers would be needed if it does happen it depends on the PVR increase

The PVR of the 10B is 13 vehicles IIRC
