There was a B52/53 which started as a 53 from Westbrook but then went into Omega and turned into a B52. It was an odd trip.

RE: Howards/Springfield
What I do think is a good move is extending the 53 to Collins Green, like the old 33A and 29 before that, as it's only around an extra minute on the trip and might get a couple of extra passengers.

Anyone used to be able to travel on the B52 between Westbrook/Gemini and Burtonwood only (the last stop for public use was Alder Lane).
It's a shame that that seems to have stopped now, with only the 53 serving Westbrook/Gemini, but I do understand that it probably wasn't a great money-spinner.

According to the domain registration Gary Mcallister of UKBPG, Hull registered the domain. However, UKBPG has been dissolved: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/offic...pointments

Their's a link between the companies as Gaz (Gary) used to drive for Howards, un-aware if still does. MP Travel work is mainly rail replacement contracts in Manchester and London, some school contracts I think as well but not sure.

The following are on the books of MP Travel, again with the link it's unsurprising that some vehicles have been passed down from Howards;
K573RRH Ld On/ NC Palatine
T728OEF MAN/ Ar ALX300 (This is technically preserved but has been used on contracts in the past)
V25HOW (V740EWV) Vo B10M/ Bf Axial
X111HOW (X446FGP) DAF DB250/ Ar ALX400
LK03GMF Vo B7TL/ Pn President
YTH756 (FJ56KUB) Vo B12B/ Vo 9700

New are 3 Transbus Tridents LX03BXS, BYA and OSB bought from Ensignbus. OSB is in fleet livery whereas BXS and BYA are still in red. All have had their London destinations removed and LED blinds fitted.
