Croydon Tramway
Accident on the Croydon Tramway resulted in the deaths of seven persons with another fifty injured some seriously. Tram 2551 overturned on a sharp curve. Reports state that the driver was arrested as the tram was apparently being driven over the speed limit. All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles |
