Orange Relations Department Call...?

 Orange Relations Department Call...?
I had a call not to long ago, From a Mobile number, But i missed it.
I rang back before and got a automated message saying "Someone from our orange Relations Department has tryed to call you. They will call back shortley. No.actions required.

Has anybody else had this call from orange?

I regular like clockwork get calls from Vodafone asking whether i want to do this or that , i just dont answer the call and in the end they get the hint after about a week of calls not being picked up , for goodness sake dont cut them off that way they know the phone has somebody at the end , just wait for them to cut the call off .

Another hint google the number and you'll get an idea if the number is who they say they are , recently following a panorama programme some companies are quite vague when it comes to who they are as well .

If you log into your account on your provider's website, you should be able to opt out of marketing calls and texts. I know I have done with three.
