Yes I believe so, In what seems an unexpected move, is this giving and intention that RATP might pull out of everything outside London and therefore Selwyns also might go onward to new owners?

Interesting theory about Selwyns. I have seen a stated aim for RATP to focus on London franchises and general Sightseeing work. Selwyns specialise in neither so could potentially be sold.

I wonder if Rotala could go onward to Diamond North West, Tyrers, Holmeswood or National Express Group? If such a sale was to go ahead, so far no comment has been made.
