1968 Ford dispute.
In today's Guardian (p22) there is a photo of striking car workers with a full front Ribble Titan in the background. Wierdly although the article is about Halewood joining in it is captioned as Dagenham. Can anyone pinpoint the location please? |

Without seeing the pic I suppose that it is not beyond the realm of possibility that some Halewood guys went down to demonstrate along side workers at Dagenham and hired a bus for the purpose. Wouldnt be my choice of chara to travel all that way though......?
