RE: School Buses
I believe the school requested the timetables weren't published however, don't quote me on that. Students and parents receive a copy when starting in Y7 though and can request details via Merseytravel at any time whilst enrolled.

someone used my website to try and find out and i could only give them the morning times and who ran the bus via what route, i dont understand however why a school would not wan merseytravel to post the bus times, it would make it better for kids

RE: School Buses
The pupils and parents are able to get a copy of the timetable by request to the school/merseytravel. I would suggest that them not wanting the timetables published may be something to do with child protection but that would be a guess and I should think incorrect as these are technically public services that anyone can board. There is http://www.stefserver.co.uk/_www/strawbe...chools.pdf for morning services on the two mentioned routes but I am unsure with regards to any afternoon timetable.

All the services should begin leaving Rainford from 3.15 to 3.30 though, it depends when they arrive on site that determines their order in departure as when they arrive, they are noted down by the member of Senior Leadership on the gates who then uses the radios to co-ordinate with other members of staff on duty to bring the relevant bus queue to the front of school to board. The SLT services tend to be the first in (along with one of the Halton services although which, I can't recall) with the exception of the 790 which runs in later as one of the last.
