With the North East Wales thread being popular. I thoyhht it was time to start a thread for North West Wales. In particular following major chnages during the past few months. Most receltly today. As many already know Tacsi Gwynedd Ltd t/a Cerbydau Huw’s Coaches had their operators licence revoked at midinght on Sunday 2nd of September 2018. Daily Post Story The last bus operated was former Express Motors (Previously First Glasgow & Haytons Coaches in Manchester) SH51MHO on a Sunday service 12 linking Caernarfon and Pwllheli. A contract which started in July 2018. SH51MHO additionally operated the final jourmeys on the 1A, 1N & 1F on Saturday 1st of September. Following a weekend of unknown. Anglesey based Gwynfor Coaches are now operating former Huw’s services in the Caernarfon at no charge to passengers Optare Solo SR - YJ65EUP new to the company in January 2016 was seen operating the 1A/1N services Former Howards Travel Enviro 200 - SN65OHJ new July 2018 was seen opersting the 1F service Former Heyfordian’s Optare Solo - YJ10MBO new in December 2017 was seen operating the 92/92A/93A/93B Caernarfon town services - Seen also in Caernarfon was former M&H Coaches YJ11ELC - new to Gwynfor in August 2018 was operating on Snowdon Sherpa S4 service to Beddgelert & Pen y Pass All services have been registerd with the traffic commisioner from Tuesday 4th September. All registrations are registered from Deiniolen to Deiniolen. The company currently park their vehicles at the former Express Motors outstation in Deiniolen |
