Merseytravel have announced the Knowsley Bus Review. Survey closes 8th December. Changes are planned for July 2018. By May services will need to be registered so I think around Feb there will be the 2nd survey with all the proposed changes.

Proposed changes in the Knowsley Area now released. Consultation period 2 ends on 19th March. Details here:

Looking at it, there are 3 number changes (892, 290, 217 (evenings) changed to 20X, 297 and 217A respectively). The only change which is noticable and people will care about is the Huyton Circulars.
