Merseytravel would like to find out about customers’ awareness and usage of the Area Bus Maps,
to help us to understand who is currently making use of the maps, for what purpose(s) and
to explore levels of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the maps at present.
This survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.
