MX11 JYV was on a #159 Oldham - Middleton. This is now a MCT service right? Is this bus a new arrival for MCT?

Yes, MCT now operate the 159. I'm guessing that the bus is a recent arrival for the new TfGM contracts.

Yepp, its part of Mistral's hire fleet.

One of several vehicles leased from Mistral until September when their 10 hybrids arrive for these contracts.
