2241, 2243 and 2244 are all down on the official Arriva North West and Wales October 2013 (period ten) fleet-list as being based here, whilst 7662, 7667 and 7675 (as J654UHN has suggested) are down as being in the "pool". I presume that these allocations will happen during the course of the month.

This will leave 7649, 7659, 7663, 7669 and 7674 in service.

Not the first time 2244 has been based at Bootle, it spent some time when reasonably new working from Bootle, I believe 2237 went the other way, something to do with CCTV trials?

2910 seemed to have been booked off of the 311 today as 2941 was on its board this afternoon.
I had 3019 on my 311 this afternoon. Like 3021, it runs nicely - their "shelf rattles" are the factors that let them down, as does 3019's terrible idle vibrations.

7660 was parked up on the kerb with hazards flashing on Eaton Road at about 16.45, guessing it broke down there whilst on a 61 and driver managed to park it on kerb before it gave up completely. No real other explanation for it being there.

7659 was on the Skelmersdale evening 345 journey this evening (actually displaying Skelmersdale!), running about 10-15 minutes late. Apparently, there were reliability issues with the 311 once again, with the 17:05 departure from Liverpool having not showed-up by the time that 7659 arrived at about 17:35-ish. 3022 arrived late to perform the 17:35 311 journey, too.
2241 seemed to be on the 18:40 56 journey from Netherton this evening. 4401 may also be on a 52/52A late board.

7662 is still soldiering on, working the 61 today. This is a relatively good Marshall with a superb throaty engine and reasonable ride. Some original stickers still present internally which most Marshalls lack. It did pale in comparison with 7674 though which was very good. The best non-Southport Marshall I've ever been on, no question.

I agree about 7674, had that in 61 the other day, not many rattles and probably the best Marshall I have been on recently, that said it has of course had a lot of work done it.

Heard today , from January the 311 is to be split , the 311 will be one a hour through lydiate , and a new number 310 going through dodds lane , moss lane maghull then straight on the a49 to ormskirk .
