With TPE all bids apparently were good enough and First are rumoured to be favourites.
You should tread carefully here , in particular with the TPX bids as both First and stagecoach are listed companies and any leaking of information whether it comes from rumours or not can be commercially damaging.

Indeed. There are already on forums and sites which get a lot more views than this one. The Govia claim has even been posted by Modern Railways writer Tony Miles under his real name so he must be confident about that.

It wasn't in the spot it has been for some time when I went passed Allerton earlier tonight, so maybe it will be out shortly?
