Wayne Osmond, a founding member of family band The Osmonds, who had a string of hits in the 1970s, has died at the age of 73.

James Lee Williams, better known as drag queen 'The Vivienne' has died aged 32.
Originally from Colwyn Bay, but starting their drag career in Liverpool. The Vivienne won the first series of RuPauls Drag Race UK in 2019, they also became the first drag act to perform on Dancing On Ice, as well as most recently starring in the UK and Ireland tour of The Wizard of Oz musical as the Wicked Witch.

British actor and comedian Tony Slattery has died aged 65 following a heart attack.

Linda Nolan, a member of Irish girl group 'The Nolans' had died at the age of 65.
Originally diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she was given the all clear in 2011. However in 2017 she was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, which had spread to her brain by 2023.

David Lynch, the American filmmaker whose works include the surrealist cult classics Mulholland Drive and Twin Peaks, has died aged 78. Considered by many a maverick filmmaker, he received three best director Oscar nominations throughout his career for his work on Blue Velvet, The Elephant Man and Mulholland Drive.

Dame Joan Plowright, one of Britain's most celebrated stage and screen stars and the widow of Sir Laurence Olivier, has died at the age of 95.

Former Scotland, Manchester United, and Manchester City striker Denis Law has died at the age of 84.
He is also the only Scottish player to win the Ballon d'Or award, having won the award in 1964.
