239 From Yates Court: 07:50, 09:10, 11:10, 13:10, 14:30, 15:50, 17:10.
167 From Horrocks Avenue: 12:50 and 13:30.
133 From Kirkby: 10:57
From Waterloo: 11:55.

Are any of Hattons tenders due to expire this year? could free up resources to sort out the shortages.

Can't keep drivers is the big problem. Come 2026 and franchising can see Hattons loosing the whole lot

Judging by what’s happened in Greater Manchester I can’t see any independents winning contracts.

I think the fact that Merseytravel allow this to continue is pretty poor. I know franchising is on the horizon but that is no excuse for shoddy substandard service in the here and now.

Agree, surely they must be also getting fined for not running these services.

The only thing I can think of is no one else wants to run the tenders so no option but to keep them with Hattons. I think they should just focus on the coaches now as it’s clear they are now seriously struggling with the bus side. (most likely that they will after franchising.)
