tbf their financial records on Company House are not good reading either which is likely an issue with upgrading the fleet

Maybe drivers wouldn’t leave mid shift if they got paid on time or buses weren’t held together with sticky tape or have wheels falling off. Maybe they’d recruit more drivers if word hadn’t got round that they try to take drivers who have left to court with false claims of monies owed and fake Mersey travel fines. Kenny Hatton would be ashamed with how his company and name has been ruined.

Monday 16th September 2024.
Due to service disruption with Hattons the following services will not operate today.
239 service at : 7:50am, 9:10am, 11:10am, 1:10pm, 2:30pm, 3:50pm and 5:10pm services from Prescot Tesco to Broadgreen Hospital will not operate.
167 service at : 12:50pm and 2:10pm Garston Circular will not operate.
133 service at : 10:57am Kirkby To Waterloo Interchange, 11:55am Waterloo Interchange to Kirkby, 2:12pm Kirkby Admin to Waterloo Interchange, 5:22pm Waterloo Interchange To Kirkby, 6:33pm Kirkby to Waterloo Interchange will not operate.
28 service at : 3:50pm St Helens Circular will not operate.
297 service at: 11:00am St Helens to Kirkby, 12:00pm Kirkby to St Helens will not operate.

Not the first time Hattons have completely failed to run the complete last round trip on the 133. How Merseytravel continue to let this happen is something else.

Due to flooding issues and driver shortages, some Hattons Travel services will be subject to cancellations today - Thursday 17/10/2024.
The following trips will not operate:
28 – 13:18, 13:48, 16:18 and 16:48 from St Helens
28A – 17:18 from St Helens
60 – 08:30 and 09:00 from Hard Lane
133 – 10:57 from Kirkby and 11:55 from Waterloo
167 – 12:50 and 13:30 from Speke Road
239 – 07:50, 15:50 and 17:10 from Prescot
297 – 09:00 and 12:00 from Kirkby and 11:00 from St Helens

Part of the East Lancs Road was closed due to flooding which may have contributed to the disruption.

Wouldn't of affected any routes as the route out the depot was not affected. Other companies that run on similar routes didn't cancel. It's just a very poor excuse to use.
