Yesterday was the first day that both of the Cumbrian Coast loco hauled services were operated with a loco + DBSO combination.

You do now wonder whether the Class 37's on the Cumbrian coast are on borrowed time if they are looking at more Class 68's.

Collision happened at New Cumnock which is 45 miles from Glasgow.

68016 and 68017 arrived at Workington Docks on Saturday and were taken to Carlisle Kingmoor Depot yesterday by 68004.
