RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - DLG817 - 30/07/2014 09:25 . Arrived this week are two Volvo B7TL / Plaxton Presidents - Y166NLK and Y188NLK - new in April 2001 to Metroline London Northern (VPL166 and188) - both have arrived having had single door conversion (now H47/30F). - photo here (credit Charlie Williams) RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - 33109 - 30/07/2014 11:23 Its unusual atm that over here in macc, we've current got one of the deebee liveried solos. Guessing this might be here in place of SB14 (CA05 GHA) which has scarpered lately! RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - LJ51 DDA - 05/08/2014 18:36 I know its been mentioned quite a bit but i finally managed to get my photo of YR14HLU today of which it was on the X94 Photograph Here :- https://flic.kr/p/ojFWmS RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - fordsonmajor2012 - 06/08/2014 20:33 GHA will be on ITV 1 tomorrow, in the last episode of 'Wales on a Bus Pass' at 8:30pm RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - DLG817 - 07/08/2014 09:53 Arrived this week are R838PRG and R839PRG - Volvo B10BLE / Wright Renown - B44F - new in April 1998 to Sunderland & District 4838/9 ex Go North East (4838/9) Due to backlog in paint shop they may go out in service in their existing red livery. Ron RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - 33109 - 07/08/2014 11:04 An unusual allocation on the 82s yesterday was wright renown L408 NUA (SB29). Gotta say cracking bus & it absolutely flew once out of sandiway must've hit 60mph!!! Little bit tired internally but still perfectly cumfy, just needs few tidy up jobs like couple of misted up windows replaced & led displays fitted then would look quality. Also can anyone confirm the following plz: Heard off of a D&G driver in crewe couple of weeks back that from 25th oct, GHA are to start running the 42 congleton to crewe service as they've been awarded it by cheshire east. Lets hope all goes well, its great to finally see other operators being awarded the contracts other than D&G who've ran the 42s for at least 3 yrs now. RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - Scania1996 - 07/08/2014 11:20 Just a slight correction, L408 NUA is a Wright Endurance bodied Volvo B10B, Renowns were built on the Volvo B10BLE chassis RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - fordsonmajor2012 - 12/08/2014 16:37 R217 HCD was on the S2 today, and W677 DDN has found work on the 14 Mold to Denbigh run RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - 33109 - 13/08/2014 08:59 In macc there's been changes afoot as well, 2 main solos atm are: YJ60 KBN - working the 19 prestbury circuit YJ06 FRL - might've got the reg wrong but also on 19s for past few weeks RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - DLG817 - 13/08/2014 19:13 (13/08/2014 08:59)33109 Wrote: In macc there's been changes afoot as well, 2 main solos atm are:It is YJ06YRL - assuming you are talking about the plain silver Solo - it was working the 200 Wilmslow - Airport service on Monday. The GHA liveried Solo - YJ06FYA - also based in Macclesfield was working the 27 Knustford service on Monday. |
