That assumes all the existing ex First routes will be registered, It appears that the Torpoint depot is not part of the takeover & rumours are that it will be sold for redevelopment(Housing), so there is a question mark over the Torpoint routes (Go Ahead now compete on these).

It occurs to me that the CMA may as well approve this deal. If not, it will be like Barnstaple, in that First will dump the network and Stagecoach register a replacement network anyway!
