All of the above are tendered services and all of Flintshire's tendered local bus and school contracts are out for tender at present, so these cancellations seem a tad premature unless - a) Townlynx aren't re-tendering, or b) the services are not going out for tender or c) the services are out for tender in such a way that means they'll be in a completely different form, for example community transport....
