It's a private college service for Carmel Students (along with the 2&3).
YX65 RLO is an Enviro 200MMC. The Enviro 300 has been discontinued.

I see it now, didn't know it was a school run, thought all of them were numbered 700-750 in St. Helens and it didn't click that it might've started in another town even though you did say

Merseytravel services are numbered in the 700's however this is not a merseytravel contract and is in fact a private one between the college and operator. (The same way Cronton/Riverside have Halton as their college bus provider and Ashcrofts as their private hire company)

Tight squeezes around the car park especially if theres a van overhanging the it's bay
Waited for a good while for that Enviro200 mmc, almost two hours but thought it'd be in Wigan but questioned it's ticket machine
