Apparently the North East Manchester franchise announcements are due late June.

With Transdev being short of drivers I reckon they will at most have bid for limited small franchises if any.

What Rosso routes will Transdev retain that are not part of franchising?

Hello
The 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 123, 464, 481, 483, 743, 808, 844, 864 and V1 are not part of the TfGM franchising scheme. They mostly run from Burnley depot except the 464 which is based at Blackburn.
