London deckers that are down to leave the fleet soon are 4161, 4162, 4163, 4164, 4167 (already gone), 4168, 4171 (already gone), 4181, 4182, 4200, 4201, 4202, 4203, 4205, 4206, 4208, 4209 & 4215. Bootle are to get 4177, 4207 & 4211 from Speke, 4176 is going to Birkenhead. 4204 is staying for a bit longer due to its livery.

Looks like all of the stock new in 2001 (except 4204) will be leaving the fleet in that case

Presumably the above are all off to other divisions?

Why are they ordering new ones if they didn't like the one they had? Wouldn't they be better off ordering Enviro200 MMCs or something?

The original batch of Solo's in Bangor (09 plate & the former Chester 58 Plate) are the slimline models. The St Helens examples are full sized, which are unpractical for the Bethesda & Beaumaris Services.

Why is 4204 staying? Has it just had a lot of money spent on it?

It was probably parked near a brick wall and they didn't notice it.

It must be the only bus ever to have two identity crises - DVLA think it's a DAF!

Because of the livery

Sorry, I've just realised. Trump wants to buy it so that he can use it as a template.

Any ideas what the next set of deckers for Wythenshawe will be should the 6 DLP's be leaving? Are we expecting anything to come up from London again?
