Pre Delivery Inspection - obviously ADL do their own inspection of the body before it leaves Falkirk, but the local Scania dealers also do a check to make sure the mechanicals are fit for service.

Service 300 (Whitehaven-Carlisle) was converted to Stagecoach Gold today with four new Scanias 15920-15923 (PX13 DME/DMF/DMO/DMU.
Reserve B10M 20965 was in service at Carlisle today on services 79/179 (Carlisle-Annan-Dumfries). Schoolbus B10M 20710 was used on the 1215 38 Durdar and the 1325 93 Bowness after a Dart broke down on an earlier 93. I have previously only seen this on a school ocntract.
I hear that Stagecoach have cancelled the Blackwell and Durdar sections of the 38, leaving it to run Carlisle-Silloth again, with effect from 19th August, and Cumbria County Council have put a tender out for it. It remains to be seen if Stagecoach will get it or if it will go elsewhere (Reay's?).

Are Reays competing with Stagecoach as they seem to be doing a lot of services across Cumbria that are the same as Stagecoach's?

21007 possibly replacing 20219 which is apparently rather majorly broken.
