RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - Garsty - 17/08/2016 17:34 A post on the Rail UK Forums indicates there are a number of GHA coaches and solos with Ensign (http://www.railforums.co.uk/showpost.php?p=2671478&postcount=62) and indeed YN07 LDV is now listed online: http://www.ensignbus.com/2007-scania-irazar.html RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - N531 DWM - 18/08/2016 12:44 The bids are coming in thick and fast on the GWA auction, bidding ends in about 20 minutes time. https://www.bidspotter.co.uk/en-gb/auction-catalogues/timed/gwa-auctioneers/catalogue-id-gw10104 RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - knutstransport - 18/08/2016 12:58 (18/08/2016 12:44)N531 DWM Wrote: The bids are coming in thick and fast on the GWA auction, bidding ends in about 20 minutes time. I'm surprised the baby 09 reg Solo has attracted a higher bid than the 07 reg Centro. I wonder if any of the bidders for the baby Solo plan to remove 3 seats so that it can be classed as a minibus? RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - knutstransport - 23/08/2016 09:51 We should be finding out soon who has won the new 5 year contracts for former GHA services in Cheshire East, which start in October. It could be some operators will want to acquire more buses if they win the contracts and consequently place bids on the ongoing auctions. For instance, D&G are currently using loaned buses and old Darts which they hadn't been using in regular service for a while.
