If they did where would they come from as i dont think there are any freed up in the northwest with the exception of the presidents and gemini 1's.

The ones I meant were 4200-5 etc they were on the original list,sorry I didn't make my self clear.

Gemini 1's, it's costing the depot so much keeping the lowlanders that they are looking to replace

There aren't any plans to replace the Lowlanders in the near future
