RE: HTL Buses - T42 PVM - 12/09/2024 09:38 Apparently L15 PPN is being prepared for a return to Service gaining a replacement Gearbox, If so it would seem YX23 OYB is a replacement for YJ11 EKK RE: HTL Buses - CX06 EBK - 12/09/2024 13:22 I would assume it is to replace YJ11EKN which was recently withdrawn with engine issues. YJ11EKK has been gone for well over a year. RE: HTL Buses - T42 PVM - 12/09/2024 14:11 Whoops yes, EKN not EKK RE: HTL Buses - Y458 KNF - 18/09/2024 15:22 (12/09/2024 09:38)T42 PVM Wrote: Apparently L15 PPN is being prepared for a return to Service gaining a replacement Gearbox, If so it would seem YX23 OYB is a replacement for YJ11 EKKBack out today on the 39/289 I wonder if this vehicle is exempt from the 15 year old limit on tenders as its 18 years old now. RE: HTL Buses - CX06 EBK - 19/09/2024 12:16 Very unlikely but they will be arguing the case that either this bus runs or the service doesn't at which point the fact it is just as low floor and accessible as any other bus they have must come into the equation. Out of all the buses off it was no doubt the easiest one to get back into use at short notice too. It’s ether that or the rule isn’t enforced properly I would guess it will be enforced a lot more once franchising starts. RE: HTL Buses - T42 PVM - 15/10/2024 15:45 Apparently AY60 BVD has been withdrawn as the Chassis is rotten beyond help, If anyone can confirm that would be great ![]() RE: HTL Buses - CX06 EBK - 16/10/2024 02:03 Shows up as SORN on the DVLA database despite having MOT until February so it must be pretty terminal. As well as that, L15PPN is also SORN too. RE: HTL Buses - T42 PVM - 16/10/2024 09:03 That new gearboox did not last long then, Cheers for looking into it RE: HTL Buses - CX06 EBK - 16/10/2024 12:24 I doubt it ever had a new gearbox at all, given it was used for 2 days I would suggest it was just put out to maintain some sort of service level. |
