According to northernfail only 229 today - there were over 400 full and part cancellations on Monday, although some of those were due to a bridge bash on the Harrogate line.

319382 has had its Northern decals removed and is now all over white. It was on Chat Moss services yesterday.
319363 has been seen in all over white also.

319382 did its last trip to and from Blackpool on 10th November then off lease to hopefully then meet its maker

331/1 have started working out of Liverpool this week.
Today 331107 is on the Blackpool service whilst 331112 was noted on a Wigan local service.

It would appear cl.323s are going to be stabled at Ardwick from December - I hadn't realised they had already stopped going to Longsight depot and stabled overnight in the excursion platform.

I seem to recall the electric shed at Longsight would hold a 304 and an AC loco, so a 397 might be a bit cumfy?

323 maintenance was moved from Longsight to Allerton some months ago. Obviously there will be space at Ardwick with the 350/4 going off lease.

I'm wondering what's going to happen on the Sundays leading up to Christmas. Last year all the Christmas shoppers were encouraged to travel on Sunday not Saturday due to the RMT strikes. At present Northern are cancelling Sunday services left, right and centre and it's not unknown for no replacement buses or for a 4 car train to be replaced by a 50 seater coach and a minibus.
