The vintage Crosville used to run the route in the early 60s. Wasn't the vehicle they wanted as that one had failed its MOT. RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - knutstransport - 28/07/2015 08:53 From 1st September some of the existing 27 and 88 services will be re-timed slightly They'll also be the following additional services Monday - Friday 05:59 Macclesfield to Knutsford (27X) 18:52 Altrincham to Wilmslow (88) 18:55 Knutsford to Macclesfield (27X) 19:22 Altrincham to Wilmslow (88) 19:25 Knutsford to Macclesfield (27X) And the following additional services on Saturday 06:39 Macclesfield to Knutsford (27X) 07:09 Macclesfield to Knutsford (27X) 18:15 Knutsford to Macclesfield (27X) 18:45 Knutsford to Macclesfield (27X) 19:12 Altrincham to Wilmslow (88) The 27X route appears to be the most direct Macclesfield-Knutsford route with a slight diversion off that route to serve the hospital. RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - Aaron's Transport Pictures - 28/07/2015 09:13 According to the Higher Kinnerton Facebook page, service DB1 will be operated on a commercial basis from September 1st and will run Mold-Nercwys-Treuddyn-Higher Kinnerton-Chester so it doesn't look like it will serve Leeswood. Both DB1 and DB2 are no longer going to serve Countess Hospital but the 15 route is to be revised to include Countess Hospital. http://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/transport%20and%20roads/public%20transport/bus%20timetables,%20route%20maps%20and/bus%20service%20timetables/bus%20service%20changes/upcoming%20bus%20service%20changes.aspx RE: GHA Group (Bryn Melyn, Vale Travel + Others) - Aaron's Transport Pictures - 28/07/2015 10:17 Indeed, perhaps the DB1 and DB2 will interwork.
