And I like the fact that they go from the bus station instead of Sir Thomas street. Although I don't understand why they stopped serving the Skem ASDA. RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - wirralbus - 19/02/2014 21:47 I agree with removing the service from Sir Thomas Street , to be honest most of the stands get fully bunged up with Cross River services there and at times i have seen the traffic struggle to get by the buses trying to get to there stops , so moving back into the bus station was a better idea for these services. Exactly. Also its probably one of the longest timed everyday services to Liverpool along with the X2/2X and it goes quite a distance. Also I've noticed edge hill uni passengers on there sometimes so its much easier to get to Queen Square than looking for Sir Thomas Street if you don't know the city centre that well. But for some reason I prefer how it looks compared too before not sure why I guess it just makes a change for once. RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - YN05 WKE - 20/02/2014 10:25 last night I went past Liverline on 0614 trip from Bootle Bus Stn nice to see Liverline yard still in use and gates open and lit up looks like its being used like it was when open as Bootles overflow bus park RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - mathias - 20/02/2014 16:36 (20/02/2014 10:25)E208 WBG Wrote: last night I went past Liverline on 0614 trip from Bootle Bus Stn nice to see Liverline yard still in use and gates open and lit up looks like its being used like it was when open as Bootles overflow bus park A driver told me Arriva have secured just one month's rent on the area. After that, who knows? Get your final photos while there's still time.... RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - MPTE1955 - 20/02/2014 19:24 Lets face it, this is only open whilst the rail replacement is on, so its nothing to get excited about is it. RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - Neoplan N4009 - 21/02/2014 10:27 A Gemini l B7TL did appear on the 60 yesterday , sadly at the time I was 4427 I was too slow to notice the fleet number RE: Arriva North West - Bootle Depot - MPTE1955 - 21/02/2014 17:43 Bootle certainly have a VLW in use, just seen it on 61 Bootle bound turning into Eaton Road, I was a bit too far away to I.d which one. Bootle also have 3 of them in their yard although not in a service line so probably there for other reasons. |
